ALEWOOD FAMILY – HELLO BABY SAGE

Today I’m finally publishing my very first blog! If you’re following me on Instagram you would have seen that back in May I said I would blog this session “real soon!”. Well as you know 2020 has been a year of changes, challenges and living in constant uncertainty. So I had a little pause but with things looking positive in Sydney lately, I decided to finally jump back on board and share some of my recent work.

Natalie contacted me back in January this year to book in a newborn session. Back then we were hearing reports of a virus spreading through the globe but it hadn’t hit Australia hard just yet. Fast forward just a few weeks and I was emailing Natalie with a heavy heart letting her know that unfortunately I’d have to postpone her newborn session. We both left feeling disappointed, with Natalie nervous that perhaps she will not be able to have her newborn photographed.

Fortunately restrictions were eased just in time and our leaders encouraged us to return to work as safely as we could. I’m so lucky I was able to capture magical moments with this beautiful family and their precious newborn Sage.
